Authentic Vintage Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Montsouris Backpack

Authentic vintage Louis Vuitton Montsouris backpack in the brand's classic monogram coated canvas. This drawstring bucket-style silhouette has a front flap secured by a vachetta leather tab and brass buckle closure, a zippered front pocket, and brass D-ring hardware. Includes the adjustable vachetta leather crossbody/carry strap in addition to the two backpack shoulder straps. The interior/underside leather tag is stamped LOUIS VUITTON PARIS made in France.

This is a well-loved vintage piece with significant, honest wear. The vachetta leather trim, including the straps, base piping, and flap tab, shows heavy darkening and patina along with multiple visible surface cracks and fine crackle-texture wear, most noticeable across the base and strap leather. The leather is also softened with general discoloration consistent with age and heavy use. The monogram canvas body itself has no holes or tears.
