Why I Still Bundle, Even Now That LeveLux Has Grown

I've told the story before of the customer who kept building a bundle and turned into my biggest single day ever, and the free item I threw in on that bundle wasn't a one-off, it's still something I do constantly, and I want to explain why, because I think it's genuinely part of how this business runs, not just a nice gesture.

When someone's already building a bundle, a bag plus a wallet, sunglasses plus a matching pouch, they've already told me something valuable, they're thinking about how pieces work together, not just buying one thing in isolation. That's exactly the moment I want to reward, because it's the customer actually building a considered look or a small collection, not just making an impulse purchase.

Practically, I look for pairings that genuinely make sense together, the same metal-tone and mood logic I've written about with sunglasses and bags applies here too. A gold-hardware bag paired with a small gold-accented accessory, a neutral tote with a pouch in a complementary leather. The bundle should feel like it was actually put together with intention, not just two random items discounted because they happened to sell at the same time.

I also think bundling rewards the kind of customer relationship I actually want to build. It's a small thank you for trusting me with a bigger purchase, the same instinct behind the story of that customer who became a mentor, and it costs me relatively little to do while genuinely meaning something to the person receiving it.

The other reason I keep doing it, honestly, is that it moves slower-selling pieces in a way that feels generous rather than like a clearance markdown. Instead of discounting an item because it's been sitting, I can pair it with something popular as a bonus, and the customer gets to feel like they scored something extra rather than like they bought discounted leftover inventory.

If you're shopping with us and building toward a bundle, ask what pairs well, I'm genuinely happy to talk through it, because half the fun of this business, for me, is putting pieces together that actually make sense as a set, not just moving units.

Which Sunglasses Actually Pair With Which Bags

I get asked constantly whether sunglasses and a bag actually need to match, and my honest answer is that matching the brand name matters far less than matching the mood and the hardware. Here's how...

Two Nearly Identical Bags, Two Very Different Resale Values, Here's Why

People are sometimes surprised when I price two bags that look nearly identical in photos at genuinely different amounts. Same style, same brand, same color even, and still a real gap in price. I w...
